Subscription Refunds
Our refund policy for subscription services:
Monthly Subscriptions
- Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@globalresearchmarket.com
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Recurring monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
Annual Subscriptions
- Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase
- Pro-rated refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Contact our sales team to discuss annual subscription cancellations
Individual Report Purchases
For single report purchases:
- Refunds are available within 24 hours if the report has not been downloaded
- Once a report is downloaded, sales are final
- If you experience technical issues accessing a purchased report, contact support immediately
Cancellation Process
To cancel your subscription:
- Log into your account
- Navigate to Account Settings > Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"

Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Downloaded reports after 24 hours
- Subscription renewals (must be cancelled before renewal date)
- Custom research or consulting services
Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems accessing purchased content, contact our support team at info@globalresearchmarket.com. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund if the problem cannot be fixed.
