Subscription Refunds

Our refund policy for subscription services:

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@globalresearchmarket.com
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Recurring monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time

Annual Subscriptions

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase
  • Pro-rated refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Contact our sales team to discuss annual subscription cancellations

Individual Report Purchases

For single report purchases:

  • Refunds are available within 24 hours if the report has not been downloaded
  • Once a report is downloaded, sales are final
  • If you experience technical issues accessing a purchased report, contact support immediately

Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Navigate to Account Settings > Subscription
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Or email info@globalresearchmarket.com

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Downloaded reports after 24 hours
  • Subscription renewals (must be cancelled before renewal date)
  • Custom research or consulting services
